时时处处:禽流感防控工作前夕暂不精心安排应征相关人员到子公司参与当晚复试,目标子公司将省里圣戈当斯区试验和圣戈当斯区复试,下周将有HR与您联络,谢谢您的认知!The Chief Control Office (CCO) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.The CCO achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the banks control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.1.Keep abreast of all new and existing regulatory requirements affecting financial services industry as well as internal policy updates, for continuous risk identification and control monitoring through continuous engagement with the onshore R&C Leads.2.Ensure Operation Risk Management Framework and related procedures are implemented in respective team(s) across ASP Markets 3.Lead and oversee the work of respective offshore team(s) by setting objectives, providing guidance, managing performance and ensuring deliverables are in line with standards and timelines agreed with each of the thematic review or read across projects. 4.Act as the liaising point with Onshore Senior Stakeholders to undertake trigger event reviews (internal and external incidents) and analyze root causes and advise on adequacy of actions to address control weaknesses, also identify and escalate critical/exceptional issues to the appropriate senior management; ensure timely execution of any management response actions identified5.Collaborate with Onshore Stakeholders to facilitate internal communication (including but not limited to Operational Risks, Global Function, Risk Stewards, etc.) to remediate risks and implement operational efficiency enhancements6.Coordinate, prioritize and manage ad-hoc projects assigned through sufficient communication with various stakeholders供职资格证书:1. Fulltime Graduation/Post graduation from recognized universities with 5 to 10 years of experience for team/project management and senior stakeholder communication2. Good understanding of operational risk and controls preferably gained through experience in front line and/or risk roles3. Good understanding of the Group’s Operational Risk Framework, Regulatory environment and business context4. Experienced in collaborating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders5. Proficient project/team management capabilities gained from past working experience6. Previous experience in banking/financial institutions is an advantage7.
