all hands，字面意义是“所有一些手吗”吖。可是，当老外确实这么说时，可不-是讲明这个意义哦！
一开始这个短语有三层意义

A call for all members of a ship's crew to come to the deck, usually in a time of crisis. (A "hand" is a member of a ship's crew.)
